Meet SHANNON

Shannon Ford began her career in real estate development facilitating construction projects. Her largest clients included professional sports organizations, athletic teams, and tech giants, building a strong network of contacts globally. Tapping into her own interest in health & fitness, Shannon also independently partnered with fitness professionals to not only improve their facilities but also coordinate events.

In 2022 she established the focus. brand and expanded her services to include her own physical fitness facility.  focus. offers a full range of services including personal training, events, marketing, while maintaining heavy involvement in project management. Built on the principles of collaboration and community, the focus. brand supports businesses by building partnerships and spaces.

Shannon has been featured in The Post and Courier, GlobeSt, and Women in PropTech. She has spoken at a number of venues to educate the public on wellness, real estate tech, and establishing brands.
